Vumatel not interested in their clients

I am tying to move my WIFI from one service provider to the next. I have Vumatel installed on my property and my new service provider need a VT number for the Vumatel router. I cannot find this number anywhere on the device. I tried to contact Vumatel on *** and their reply is there is no contact centre anymore. I opted for option 1 which sounds like sales and I started explaining my problem to the lady that answered. She just told me that she does not have time for me nd put the phone down. I tried again and another lady said I must connect my router directly to my laptop and also said she has no time for me and put the call down. There is no way for me to get this number. I tried online via their website but no luck. Unfortunately in my area there is only service provider Vumatel and I cannot go anywhere else. If you can avoid dealing with Vumatel do so.
