VUMATEL - not interested in new clients, go with OPENSERVE if you can

They just don't seem to be interested in a new client. I signed up for a fiber connection with MWEB - the ONT is already installed (it is a **** job so) - they send me an e-mail stating they can not see the device, possibly power not connected. I connected the power and for all I can see all the correct LED's are displaying. I just don't know if they tried the activation again or not .... there is just no reaction ..... I had the same problem with VUMATEL at the beginning of the year when we moved into this complex ... this is typical SA service attitude
