Vumatel not fixing their collapsed pole.

I previously logged a review on here where I stated that on the 4th of April the Vumatel pole collapsed in front of my house. Vumatel came out and assessed the situation and said they cannot fixed the pole, which is still being held in place by ropes we, the homeowners, had to tie around the pole to keep it upright. At the time Vumatel said they cannot fix the pole as the City Power line is laying on top of their line and City Power must first fix it before they can fix their line. Vumatel then logged a call with City Power but since then City Power have not reacted. I as well tried on various occasions to log a call to City Power with no success. My issue however is that Vumatel is also not taking this further and I have not heard from them since to find out if the issue is being resolved. Did they query with City Power on the call they logged? I will be removing the ropes I currently have tied around this pole and I will not be taking responsibility for the collapse of that pole of the suspension of this pole laying in the street. I also feel that Vumatel could have made more effort to resolve this instead of just leaving this in the hands of City Power.
