Vumatel - not fixing a poor installation

I have ordered a vox wifi line in February but still so not have any wifi after a very poor installation done by vuma – I have contacted both vox and vuma with regards to this issue and spend two days at home waiting for a team to fix the installation and to give access but NOBODY to date has assisted me. Please see the photos attached of the cable only 4 cm deep in the garden beds and underneath the grass without any trunking piping also the shabby installation in the house, I gave ample opportunity for vox to fix this but the sales lady Bianca is not responding and also not answering her phone.

Also, I have send numerous mail and complaints per email to vox – with NO ASSISTANCE
