Vumatel not doing their job and rude behavior!

These guys came to do an installation of an ONT box at my home. They were supposed to do a line provisioning for the connection to be established and get the internet connection up and running. This is a week later and the setup was still not done correctly. As a result, I still sit without internet. When the Vox technician phoned Vumatel regarding this, the guy was quite rude and wasn't helpful at all and couldn't care less. This type of behavior is unacceptable as the mistake is on their side. Terrible company!!!
