Vumatel not caring

I have had no connection for 3 days I've been in contact with vuma and no assistance at all they take long to reply and do nothing by the way i work from home yet this is happening so I'm at a risk of my job because of sales agent who is not paying any attention to me and customer service who are not doing anything mind u i just paid wow
