Vumatel not a trusted fibre provider, we are battleling to get service.

Vumatel the so called trusted fibre provider, I call them so called deurmekaar provider with deurmekaar heroes(consultants) This morning they send me a SMS inform me that my CPE is reset i must switch off and reboot Vumatel never ever installed a CPE in my apartment , i don't even know what is a CPE but i must reboot. They suppose to schedule a installation date and time with me to install a CPE Into my apparment from the CPT box outside my appartment on the wall, then when it is setup Telkom will bring the Router and set me up Telkom is my ISP

I phoned about the Sms and explain to the Hero of Vumatel about the sms about my CPE that i don't even had but i must reboot You know he laugths at me and try to be clever.

Everytime when you phone Vuma you hold on very long they can't assist. They seems deurmekaar.

My advise is stay away from Vuma fibre rather keep what you you have as a ISP I battle for two weeks to get the fibre in my appartment and it is a no go, pathetic

On the Telkom side everything is in place telkom wait for the Heroe's to install the telkom can activate. Vuma promissed me today that Britelink will come out to me today between 07:30 and 17:00 to check out the Circuit provision ect ant see if that is good then Vuma or britelink will install CPE next week , false, false empty promisses. Still waiting for Britelink. Well Done Vuma and Britelink You are the Heroe's in my life. Pathatic

All i ask is service please the service I require can be done and sorted in a halfday Please telkom waiting for you the Heroe Vuma come tolight.
