Vumatel nonsense customer care

I am so disappointed with Vumatel customer service, since morning I am trying to make a payment at no avail, I tried the WhatsApp number no assistance and I try calling head office they give me the same contacts I didn't get help from, pls fix your customer care it's not satisfactory, not to mention I had to hold over 20 minutes before I was assisted.
