Vumatel non existent service

We had maintenance on our Vumatel fibre on Wednesday. We logged faults with Mweb as we can not connect. It is Saturday an Vumatel still has not contacted us to sort the issue out. Asscording to Mweb they can not assist, Vumatel your service is pathetic! You have the monopoly in our area so you can and do not give a damn. Consumers think twice before using them
