Vumatel - non existant after service, very unprofessional and a bunch of liers

Worst aftermarket service ever. Out of all the service providers that offer fibre, use anybody else but Vumatel. My fibre line was damaged in between garden wall and house. Vumatel say 5 working days to repair, its day 4, I am now hearing lots of unique excuses after phoning in everyday to follow up and we are certainly not on track to fix within next day and Vumatel cannot give me honest answers, just stories
