Vumatel Non Delivery

I have tried to contact Vumatel through my service provider and at their Head Office to no avail. Our town house complex does not have the infrastructure installed by Vumatel to enable users to access the internet. This has been going on for over a month. Vumatel is the service provider in my area but this total lack of service is disgraceful. For professionals like attorneys and accountants who rely on the Internet it is disastrous. My rating of 1 will contribute to the average rating of 1.4
