Vumatel Non Delivery

I have recently contracted with Mweb and Vumatel for fiber and internet access. This is more than one month back. I am still awaiting Vumatel to install the cables after SEVERAL calls to Mweb and Vumatel. Mweb just inform me that Vumatel has been assigned to the call. This is not a good start of a relationship with service providers I trust to provide me with reliable service.
