Vumatel no where to be found when there is a problem
If rating was zero or no star then that would better suit vumatel. I am with cool ideas who kept on saying vumatel aware about problem and then? What is the way forward. Past 3 weeks and connection only last for a second. I was asked to run test and send that to cool ideas who then sent to vumatel and I was told to restart my box because vumatel made changes. Well it's *******. No change made because problem still same. I can't talk to vumatel directly but vumatel is happy to take money from me every end of the month. Please refund my money. I am sending this to cool ideas as well. If you care about your brand then contact me otherwise let me move to another provider but refund my money.

Cool ideas said they have been pushing Vumatel to come out to resolve but Vumatel just doesn't want to listen.. I am paying for service not delivered.. rather release me from your subscription without any story of month notice or whatsoever.. wow you guys just never changed..
