VumaTel No Services Provided

I have sent several emails and made so many calls, please indicate if you want those records, and I can make them available. since 8 July been calling for help services even now, and I am still doing that. this is not a good way of treating people.

But how long should I still wait, that's all I want to know, how long should I wait for these services. I did give these guys detail and given the name of the guy who really is blocking this service not being provided. all I want to understand is what is taking so long, is it because of my area or staff that you employed from my area. I am really losing my patience. it's so frustrating.

It's almost close to business and no one is really taking initiative and talking to me, updating me, should I just give up on these services, the fact that no one cares to even call and explain what is happening is really disturbing. I really think I am going to take all of this communication as is and name and shame now on social media platforms. I will only stop when my issue is resolved.

Finally, I am sorted, I do have internet access now. It was a struggle to be connected but finally, i am connected. Thank you.
