Vumatel - No service, lying, empty promises

We had trouble with our internet fibre line the company came out and ripped the inside box and outside apart. We logged the first call ons the 9th of February. Numerous phone calls later everytime we will phone back, telling us it has been escalated, still waiting for this issue to be resolved. Vumatel is even going so far to tell lies calming they were at our home but we were not there only for us to tell thin there is no way you can get into our estate without phoning. Have been holding calls for 15-33 minutes just to hear it has been escalated and we will phone back. The ammount of money spend on data has been ridiculous who is going to refund me on this. This is **** service, clearly lying and incapable of doning their jobs. Will spread the word far and wide of this **** service only getting started.
