Vumatel No Service

we have been trying to get fiber with Vumatel(Mweb) but we cant activate our line because the people that lived in the unit before the people hat lived there before us never cancelled their line. ....................... there is no contact details to get hold of Vumatel directly and no service provider can help me because they have lot of customer complaints with Vumatel that cant cancel a line and we dont have contact with the people who's line it is to get the line cancelled. i need someone at Vumatel to contact me as this is really not good service
