Vumatel No Service

I have been trying to get anders from Vumatel as to when the Fiber will go live in my area. It's been 7 months since they installed the fiber. Not only is it not active yet, they installed the fiber box on the boundary wall, on a vacant property and missed my house completely.

I have not been sending emails asking questions for 4 days and no one has even bothered to answer me.

Does this company actually want business, because it looks like they are making enough money if they can treat customers this way .
