Vumatel - No response for days

We have been trying to get WiFi access for weeks now. After finally having a router reinstalled we still have no access to the WiFi. Vox tells us it’s Vumatel and Vumatel tells us it’s Vox. It has been days now of calling and we are told each time it has been escalated and that Vumatel will contact us to sort out the problem, well it’s been days now and still no WiFi access, not one call or email to let us know what is going on. Clearly these service providers are not needing customers for their business...
