Vumatel - No response

I have a vumatel Fibre line through Afrihost - I have been without Internet for 5 days, Afrihost is saying it is a vumatel problem and Vumatel is not doing anything about this - twice they said they were going to send a technician, twice nothing happened like they are praying for a miraculous recovery of the line without intervention - I am deeply disappointed and very despondant - the ISP is not taking responsibility and neither if Vumatel who is the line provider
