Vumatel no internet connection

My sister has been complaining to me about vumatel and their bad service @Ziyanda Mdoko Riti they haven’t heard internet connection for the past 9 days when they contacted Webafica they told her that is Vumatel and that they must send out a technician to fix but til this day nothing happened,we are still without internet but we are paying fully for. We have contacted Vuma on various occasions but nothing..our kids can’t even do homework. This incredibly frustrating,we need help urgently. This is Mfuleni Cape Town particularly in Ext 6.
