VUMATEL - No Internet connection

For more than 2 weeks I do not have access to internet, I tried several time to contact my ISP but they mentioned that it's under audit, or major maintenance etc... the reference number they gave to me is MCM#10479 and they mentioned that it will be done only on the 28th June.

As I am working from home, it is really affecting into my work - I have subscribed for the highest internet speed. I am trying to use my cellphone as a hotspot but I do not have enough speed and it is really costly.
