Vumatel no happiness

I currently wish i could give NO star been without cinnection for over a werk, due to a faulty cable that theur installation contractor initially used. No one to escalate to. No one to service us in this time. Now have to pay vumatel as well as purchase loads of data myself and attempting to still run 2 business enterprises from the premises. Pathetic customer service. Wish i coyld change to a different provider right now
