Vumatel no go

I was called regarding fibre and up till today nothings been there was a lady living in the house near before i moved in and canceled her line and vumatel told me by month end it would be done but nothing then someone else calls and says they will release the line but nothing how do you expect me to work from home with no fibre and furthermore youll say youll have placed a order for me but no email trace or reference how does vumatel work
