Vumatel - No feedback, no interest, no customer service exists

<p>This company was tasked with laying fibre cabling in our area and while this was a great idea, I was not happy with the way the clean up and fixing of property has been dealt with after the installation. Bricks that they removed were never put back properly and some which were broken were put back as they were. The clean up was non existant, rocks and debris that was dug up, were just left and never removed,destroying the current flora that managed to survive, we had to do the cleanup.</p> <p>I sent two emails requesting feedback ********** first email was sent on the 26/10/2016, they responded saying "we have forwarded the message to the relevant department ". I queried again after no feedback was received and then the response was "your VUMA ticket (18266) and thereafter no feedback was forthcoming. It is quite evident that this company does not care about customer service. They just ignore their customers. Very disappointed !!!</p> <p> </p>
