Vumatel? No customer service, no resolution ......

I had the unpleasant experience of having my cables cut a few times while new water pipes were being installed in my area. Due to the constant issues a temporary cable was laid above ground by Vumatel. This created new challenges where the cable would pull out if somebody walked on it or stepped and it resulting in further outages. Each time Vumatel would come out and reconnect in due course. Now the pipes are in and I need a more permanent solution to avoid all the outages. Vumatel open a ticket, send a technician who just puts a brick on the cable and closes the call!!?? I have called numerous times, written emails, contacted them via Facebook and no resolution. After 4 tickets and numerous calls I still have cables above ground, issues with my connection and resolution in sight. I am sure no Vumatel person would be proud of the mess I have on my pavement. I am happy to share the photos
