VUMATEL - No connection and No Support

For the last 5 months we have been experiencing issues with our internet from time to time. For the last 2 weeks our internet has been dropping continuously on a daily basis sometimes for hours. Today our line has dropped 3 times and has been off for the last hour, red lights flashing, nothing working. We have brought this to the attention of our service provider (Cool Ideas) who have after numerous test continuously insisted that there is nothing wrong on their side and that the problem lies with Vumatel. They have escalated the problem to Vumatel several times now, as I cannot do it myself, and every time Vuma has closed out ticket without resolving the issue. When I phone Vuma they tell me the ticket has been closed, and cannot give me a reason why. When I phoned earlier they said they can see our new ticket but its not been assigned and there is nothing more they can tell me. They said they will get back to us, but no one does. The complex next door to ours have tenants on Web Africa, Vox, and Cool ideas, and they have informed us that all of them are have connection issues.

This is having a major impact on our work and our livelihoods and no one seems to be able to assist us or even give us some reason. The technical support at Vuma is appalling and the customer support is non existent.
