Vumatel no communication

Vumatel no response from them, did the installation and promised everything would work.

A couple days later received my router from ISP but there is no communication happening.

Then i get a phone call wanting to arrange installation date, the device is already installed is there no reverence for the installation?

Now jumping around between Vumatel and ISP training to resolve the issues because there is obviously no communication from either side.

Only thing is i am getting reference call after reference call but no action this is getting really frustrating.
