Vumatel | No commitment to install line

We app**** for a fiber line as we moved into our new house. However the tenants that lived here has removed the ONT. The fiber ***tail is still here. We have been struggling to get a team out to activate and install the line, we received the route more than a week ago and do not know who to asked as we have tried the webafrica WhatsApp line for support and they are waiting on a reply from Vumatel.
