Vumatel - no accountability and no common sense

What a joke - Vumatel - the worst is that fiber users are stuck with this company since they are the owners of the actual fiber lines. I went as far as logging formal complaints against their Vumatel customer hero' Thandazile Mkhize for failure to provide me with any follow-up and satisfactory service, failure to provide me with follow up communication as promised, and failure to do her job properly.
