Vumatel nightmare experiment.

Fibre was installed at my house on 11/06/21 and it was working fine. Then on 30/06/21 i lost connection. Its been 9 days today without connection and vumatel is sending me from pillar to post. I have. also contacted my ISP and got ticket numbera.Mweb ***2 Vumareach: ISP-503496.When i called vumatel on the 30th about the problem i was told the whole protea glen was down and vumatel technician's are busy fixing the problem. On 01/06/21 the connection was fix but as for me i was still having no network connection . Vumatel keep on saying they will send someone to my place to fix this problem but even today no one came. Mweb did configaration of my router on their side and said the router is Ok and my problem can only be fixed by vumatel. Vumatel its a poor service indded, they dont care about costomers.
