Vumatel network is the worst
This is the worst Fibre it's cheap for a reason unreliable . I don't recommend this Fibre. They just care about money. The service is appauling not to mention the network. At night it doesn't work it freezes every 5 seconds, during the day I have a zoom meetings, with so much network issues. I'm so fed up thinking of changing and looking for a another Fibre. funny enough they so quick to disconnect bt report a problem they not quick to intervene ryt now this Fibre is freezing they'll tell u call the call center waste ur money on the line be place on hold till your airtime is finished agg I can't deal with this.

01 Jun 2021, 15:56I was not given a number I was put on hold for 48 min and 29 seconds and the lady cut the call never returned the call back. Unfortunately all I have is fon records with no name.

07 Jun 2021, 12:21So what must I do I sent text on fb and called so I must call wait another 48 min on the fon for that ticket number can u not see on your social platforms I've been sending pics of my router asking for assistance. And all I was told was restart ur router and send a pic of the router.
