Vumatel *** network and service

I paid for the Vumatel on Friday the 14th and they came to install..It only worked on Friday and Saturday only.I have been trying to contact them the whole day yesterday and I was told they’ll check what’s wrong and get back to me but until now there’s no feedback.Their service is ***.You can’t contact them,there’s no response on their WhatsApp number,sent an email but still no help.Their network only worked for 1 day and they don’t care.
