After weeks of calls and emails going back and forth my complaint finally seems to have gone to the correct people who managed to sort out in a few days what some could not figure out in 2 months . I'd like to Thank to the following people at VUMATEL Sipho, Siphiwe and a very special thanks to Grace in the customer care / social media team .

The commitment dedication you showed in getting to the root cause of the problem and having it sorted out is greatly appreciated , I hope your management team recognizes the value you add to your organisation , great work guys keep it up
