Vumatel needs to fix my stuff

On Friday at 4:220am Vumatel did something and it has messed up my line. I am using someone elses line on ipoe instead of my pppoe and im meant to get 100/45 speed and since im on someone elses line im on 50/50 and its a complete ***** up and ive been waiting 3 days for it to be fixed and webafrica is being ****** useless in fixing the issue. If its not fixed im going to the consumer council of south africa.
