VUMATEL NEEDS COMPETITION!! THEY ARE *************.

I wrote a review about 3 weeks ago. Vumatel called me not from my querying from 2 weeks in July but because of my review. So this shows they are interested in public image and not service. Anyway my fibre problem was temporarily sorted I still have internet but the connection on the box has a thin line which I was told is a temp fix and no one must work near as it can damage it So this thin line is similar to a fishing line. I was also told on the 3rd Aug that it will have a permanent fix in the next week And this was last week. So this was another inonsistent response and a lie from vumatel. I have subsequently canceled my Rocket net even though the culprits are Vumatel ITS A SHAME THAT WE HAVE TO HAVE A COMPANY AND MANY OTHERS WHO ARE LAWLESS AND ARE CONCERNED ABOUT IMAGE AND MAKING A PROFIT AT THE COST OF THE CLIENTS. IT'S A REAL SHAME!!
