Vumatel Nauseating Service.
If you thought Hone Affairs provide terrible service, then you have not experienced horrible service from Vumatel. It's 4 months now and counting since I paid for wifi installation. I have escalated the complain to more than 4 consultants on their what's up group. I have demanded a refund, till today i have received none. I think the best option now is to expropriate and confiscate their advertising material from agents who are placed at strategic areas at the Mall, for the value of money paid in advance. What a bunch of *********** cack- handed pathetic fools.

Kindly ask the agent that was helping to sign you up to give you your money back since he/she place an order 4 u with incorrect address and git activated again on my sight I was just insisting to help n it seems as if I am now turning a bad agent were as am not the one who signed you up with incorrect address. NB PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE UNABE TO MOVE FUNDS FROM ACTIVE ORDER THAT IS THE REASON I HAVE ESCALATED YOUR MATTER TO MY LINE MANAGER TO SORT THE ISSUE OUT AND I HV SENT YU PROOF OF EMAIL TO SHOW U THAT I HAVE DONE MY BEST.
