Vumatel (MWEB ISP) fiber poor Service Delivery

I installed Vumatel (MWEB ISP) in Aug 2020, since then 11 calls to MWEB and multiple modem restarts weekly, can't even stream properly. Much more poor performance than legacy "ADSL". 3Mbyte on a 10 MByte line. Outages are much much more and this on fiber. In this process I had to pay more for the service as well. No thank you not a good option, not worth it, will look for something better. stay away as far as possible. I have log file to as proof.
