Vumatel & Mweb HORRIBLE service! Stay away

South Africa! Please stay AWAY from Mweb & Vumatel. They both the most unreliable, untrusting & non-dependable FIBRE ISP & Infrastructure service providers. Since January 6, 2021 I’ve been without fibre internet yet I’m working from but the monthly billing continues like clock work. Vumatel called & promised promised to send out technicians to reinstall my “new fibre box” but until this day no one has pitched. I’ve made Endless call to Mweb call centre but calls get cut off & no one has decency to call you back. Mweb customer service is **********. I’m saddened that my area don’t Open Serve as an Infrastructure service provider and only Vumatel whose service is just as horrible as Mweb. So PEOPLE save yourselves and NEVER signed for fibre with MWEB and STAY AWAY FROM VUMATEL
