VUMATEL & MWEB ARE ****S!!!!!!!!!!!!

To say I'm frustrated would be an understatement and mind you that this has happened now for the second time in 2 months

Been waiting since the 7th and my order was only placed on the 14th and I only got the link today and after paying I'm being told to wait for another 2 days, where I specifically gave them my correct address of which that where it was installed before and I just needed to be reconnected not another installation. Yesterday Tembe called me and told me that they have fixed my issues and should be connected in the next hour but till today my services have not been connected AND WHEN I CALL VUMATEL their consultants hang up
