Vumatel MWEB
I have been waiting for Vumatel Mweb to restore our internet since 13 November 2023, and I've been calling their technical support department and I spoke to Yiba and he decided to drop my call without assisting with the problem that I was calling about. The most annoying part is that I held the line for more than 40 minutes to speak to someone and for someone to just hang up on you. Kindly assist in giving the feedback for the Westdene area. What is going on with the WIFI.
