Vumatel must fall

Having WIFI issues for past 3 month,changed IP from Mweb to IP coms,had to endure a calendermonth before i could change to IP coms,now 1 month later,same issues,now been trying 2 weeks to get Vumatel to come check their line and connections,they are not even phoning me back.Phoned their headoffice,got ccied in mail which they asked their technical team in Cape Town,where i live,to phone me "urgently" ,1 week later,no phonecall. Should i do like Steve Hofmeyer and wrip the Vumatel installation out and drive over it ans post on social media,maybe create an facebook page,Vumatelmustfall.
