Vumatel must DIE!!!!

I pray everyday since my WIFI has been down on the 26 September 2024 that the Vumatel company can go down and never been able to recover and be declared bankrupt!!!!!

They don’t care about the after sales experience. They made it on purpose that no one reach out to them by phone call or by email. All they do is that WhatsApp chat thing that doesn’t help!!!

I wonder on rather how they still in business with a lake of care to customer service.

The main excuse is this outbreak unrest lame excuse that make them not to resolve customer query.

Yet they still dig new trenches to find new customers.

But they can’t maintain and service the customer they already have.

I wish and I pray that someone in the Leadership responsible for not helping customers they die a shameful dead !!!!!!! Infact all of them!!
