Furthermore, attempts to seek assistance have been met with silence, with technicians failing to arrive as scheduled. It is disconcerting to note that the billing process, however, is executed with utmost efficiency.

It's the worst especially for someone who works primarily at home, you have left a sour taste in my mouth !
