Vumatel migration incompetence!!!!

So I canceled with Easyweb in November and signed a new contract with Zoom Networks because they had a better package... my order kept getting rejected by Vumatel because Zoom ordered a GPON and Vuma insisted my area had AE... funny enough easyweb confirmed I was on a GPON with them and I was with them for 2 years!!!! so I thought the issue must clearly be with Zoom so I canceled with them and went to Vox... Same frigging issue!!! I'm on my second order now with Vox because they canceled the first one for the same reason and Vox is getting no feedback on the new migration order... this is going on 2 weeks now!!!! Do you guys actually know what ur doing????
