Vumatel Messing up on order

If you are a client considering Vumatel as your fibre provider provider, give this a quick read. I've been a new fibre client for only two weeks, of which I only enjoyed internet for 8 days. Vuma constantly maps my object nr to the incorrect area and incorrect client, and will then tell you it's your ISP. I have been trying to get hold of Vuma. You can't. They can only decide when to phone you after logging multiple requests through your ISP. I am honestly just frustrated and dissapointed.
