vumatel making empty promises

we moved our (webafrica) internet connection/service from a previous address to a new address on 28Feb 2022 vumatel is supposed to sort out our internet today is the 3rdof March and we were promised that they'll come two days ago when we call the no one picks up the phone (they only answered the phone when we called two days ago) i guess they now know what my number is... this is the worst ever experience especially when promisses are made to the clients Is there any advice ito taking legal action against these people?
