VUMATEL - **********ly poor service!!!

Internet/fibre to my home is off EVERY DAY for hours on end. Anything from 3 to10 hours at a time. My son is studying from home!!! Needless to say this poor service is not helping at all. This has been going on for a very long time and I never complained, BUT this is where I draw the line!!! I have been paying full price monthly for a very poor service AND INSIST on a 2 month refund for all the time we have no service and I must make a plan to get my son to a place where he has access to internet to study. UNFORTUNATELY Cable in our area is only provided by Vumatel. My service provider is Vox Telecom and their service is also non-existent. I am really upset 😡 about the poor service but yet I must pay pay pay.
