VUMATEL LOS red light

The internet connection for the Fibre is very awful. I work from home sometimes, and it's very painful to be buying data everytime the wifi will say no internet connection.

Yesterday while working around 13h00, the Fibre started showing a red flicking light on the LOS description. No technician came to check it. Today I missed a lot of deadlines because my Vodacom simcard also loses internet connection.

I had the same issue last year, and it took the technicians 4 months so resolve it, and now just, after 6 weeks of it being fixed it's happening again. I'm so disappointed.
