Vumatel lines down again
Vumatel is subcontracted to VOX. I have a 100mb Fibre line through VOX. My internet is down since the 1st of January and I am losing out on business. Thankfully VOX sent a technician to assist but alas Vumatel was at fault once again. After waiting two days I now have to wait for Vumatel to contact me. Wish the internet would just work for a change.

05 Jan 2023, 13:56Fault was logged with VOX, I had a technician here on the 4th of January who laid the fault with Vumatel. Today I get a technician from Vumatel to swap my PPPOE which did not solve the issue. Now Vumatel does not know what the problem is and VOX says it sits with Vumatel. Words cannot express how absolutely annoyed and dismayed I am with this runaround. A Whole week only for everybody to waste time and resources to sit like an idiot and be told "oops the fault is somewhere else" . It is sickening how I pay for a service which barely works. If it is not loadshedding it is problematic ISPs. I want management to PHONE ME ASAP with a resolution today still. Ref no. ***

05 Jan 2023, 15:41Was "attended" to. Not resolved. Between you guys and Vox no one knows what's going on. So what now? Technician left my house without a clue and all you can say is "The ticket was tended to".
