Vumatel lies lies lies... what a disgrace.

What a useless organisation. Completely clueless.. no expertise at any level whatsoever. waiting 3 weeks for my fibre to work. vumatel blames vodacom. vodacom blames vumatel. had numerous teams out to my house. all trying exactly the same thing and expecting a different outcome. last night the vumatel expert at head office blatantly **** to me. says o they achieved the download speed of 10 mb s.. if they plug cable into my pc and bypass the vodacom router. i said ok show me... failed to get any internet whatsoever. so in order to close their ticket and move to the next customer they are willing to lie and pass blame on to other service provider... a disgrace!!! dont go vumatel u will regret it.
